Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have all tags attached and be in the original packaging.
All swimwear must have all tags attached and hygiene liners still intact.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
To complete your return, we require a copy of your order confirmation with order number.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be an accepted return.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will also not be accepted return.
Returns will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return.

We only replace items if they are defective upon customer receipt.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If returned items is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.
